Women's Day: "The Gift" will surely keep on giving!
March 28th, 2011-This years Women's Day entitled "The Gift," was a gift that will surely keep on giving. Over 800 women gathered at Portsmouth Renaissance Hotel to hear Women's Ministry Leader, Jennifer Lambert, preach powerfully about the gift of God. Based on John 4:10, "If you knew the gift of God...," she called the women to open the Gift of God, and live a life of radical gratitude striving to appreciate the greatest gift God has ever given: His Son. There was a overwhelming sense of excitement throughout the afternoon as the fellowship was encouraging, amazing door prizes were given, and musical performances that were simply spectacular. Keep your eyes peeled for next years Women's Day!!!

Women's Day 2011 is right around the corner! This years Women's Day entitled "The Gift" will surely make lasting memories and change many lives. The Women's Ministry of the Hampton Roads Church want to make sure change and the impact of this years Women's Day can continue to draw hearts to know the gift of God.

2009 Virginia Women's Retreat
The Sisterhood: I Need You to Survive Women’s Retreat weekend will not be easily forgotten. Women from all walks of life will be there. The central theme of the weekend is how we need each other to survive.
Come and join women from all over the Commonwealth of Virginia as they share how their sisters have helped them overcome challenges: transitions in career, surviving infidelity, raising teens, shining as single women, being step-mothers and building a legacy as a seasoned disciple. Each class has a “trench talk” built in where women can get real and raw with others in similar situations and give and receive the connection and support we all need.
